environment and performing upgrades

. Experience working in an environment with a large number of MySQL
databases

. Experience setting up replication enabled databases

. Experience optimizing and tuning MySQL databases and setting up
backup/recovery procedures and testing them

. Experience working with and converting MyISAM to InnoDB tables

. Ability to script own monitoring tools and procedures and automating
recovery of corrupted database
