Thanks Watson. If you could post it on this list it would be helpful.

I've looked at the 2 implementations findable by Google and neither are exactly what we
need and would require a decent amount of code changes to work with our AD config.

Regards,
Darren

Hi Darren,

I already have a patch for Active Directory Integration which has been working very well
for the past 3 years. I could very well share it with you but I would love to share it
in a proper way for which I need help / directions as this would be my FIRST source-code
level contribution. If that takes too much time I could still share the patch separately
with you, as an interim step.

To the Eventum Community: please help me on how to share this source code patch as it is
being done by other contributors.

Thanks and rgds,
Watson

In that changelog :)

Hi Watson,
The developers are committing changes to the code.
https://code.launchpad.net/~eventum-developers/eventum/trunk

The changelog has grown fairly big since 2.2 as well.
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~eventum-developers/eventum/trunk/annotate/head%3A/docs/ChangeLog

It's complex to release a new version: develop schedule, freeze features, update
documentation, code upgrade scripts, test, package, communicate, and everything in
between. It's a lot of work for the release coordinator.

I believe it is also worthy mentioning that Eventum is a MySQL product, and Bryan works
somewhere else.

Eventum has lacked a roadmap for years. I suppose the only way to gain momentum (no pun
intended) and evolve as a project is to entice more users and developers. Eventum has
always been low-profile when compared to other issue management applications - some kind
of marketing would be very helpful in order to attract more people.

Regards,

Georger
